Resource crisis and ecological problems have triggered the world's boom in sustainable development and protecting the ecological environment.Many new materials that meet environmental protection requirements are constantly emerging. Among them, wooden plastic composite materials are a new type of material with very potential development potential. The addition of wooden powder reduces the cost while reducing the surface of the plastic. Wood plastic composite materials have become more and more research hotspots.
By exploring the influence of the amount of poplar powder and the impact of the amount of various additives on the mechanical properties of the composite materials and the analysis of the micro -optical appearance of the section, the following conclusions are obtained:
(1)Pinking poplar powder can enhance the toughness of composite materials, but the curved strength and stretching strength are reduced. Among the three addresses, when the amount of poplar powder is added to 20%, the mechanical performance of the composite material is the best. With the further increase of the amount of wood powder, the mechanical properties of composite materials have decreased. This is mainly due to the rendering of excessive wood powder, which reduces the strength of the composite material.
(2)The effect of adding different additives on the mechanical performance of composite materials is significantly different. Glycerin can enhance the compatibility of the two phases of composite materials, and improve the composite material bent and stretching performance, but it will reduce the toughness of the composite material to a certain degree. DOP and PBS can help improve the toughness of the composite materials. The added composite materials increased by 77%compared to the unlaxed composite material impact intensity. The interactions between different additives affect each other, and finally optimize the mechanical performance of composite materials.
(3)Compared to the optimization of poplar powder, the poplar powder wood plastic composite material added only when it is optimized. The composite materials obtained when adding 6%glycerin, 8%DOP, and 35%PBS to retain the strong toughness while improving its strength performance.
