Who will bear the shipping costs?
We are looking for 6400m2 wood plastic solid decking and we have a project in the Philippines.
For our guidance, may i ask who will be paying for these:
1. Shipping cost China to PH
2. Export duties and taxes (China)
3. Import duties and taxes (Ph)Kindly quote both for Manila and Cebu please. So we can also make assessments from our end.

1. Shipping cost China to PH
If the trade terms are FOB, the importer will responsible for the shipping cost.
If the trade terms are CIF, the exporter will responsible for the shipping cost.2. Export duties and taxes (China)
We (the seller) will bear China's export duties.3. Import duties and taxes (Ph)
The buyer (importer) will bear the local import duties.We checked the current shipping cost to Cebu and Manila, the cost is as follows:
To Cebu: $760 per 20ft container
To Manila: $280 per 20ft containerFor 6400m2 wood plastic solid decking with accessories, we will require about 9X20ft containers.
