Wood -plastic composite material is a composite material made of wood or cellulose -based material and thermoplastic plastic. It is mixed with mixed molding and processed. It also has part of the performance of plastic and wood. Its excellent performance of green environmental protection, anti -corrosion and dampness, strong plasticity, and beautiful material has been widely recognized. Foreign wood -plastic composite materials have been studied and gradually realized production and sales from the early 1990s. The research and development of wood -plastic composite materials in my country began in the late 1990s. After several years of hard work, its excellent environmental protection benefits, unique performance advantages, and aesthetic value have been continuously attracted attention and recognition of the government and municipal garden departments. However, in the follow -up survey of garden engineering projects in many places in this study, it is found that the application of wooden plastic composite materials in garden engineering still has problems:
(1)In terms of application form and specifications. There is no system classification of wood plastic composite materials in garden engineering.And for different application forms, its structure type and material connection method did not formulate corresponding construction technical specifications and standards, which is not conducive to the technical promotion and innovation of wood plastic composite materials in garden engineering applications.
(2)Material production and production. When the wood plastic composite material is produced, the raw materials must be produced into a wooden -plastic material, and then the profile is cut into certain cutting according to the specific requirements of the engineering project. The cutting of the abandoned profile after cutting causes a large amount of waste and loss of wood plastic composite materials. The product production and profile assembly process are relatively cumbersome. The production of its production is mainly based on manual operations, which greatly increases the cost of labor. Its human factors also lead to a certain error in the production and production, and at the same time, the product production efficiency is reduced.
(3) Engineering construction and installation.During the construction of the wooden plastic garden products, due to the restrictions of the construction site environment and the size error of the material production and production,Wooden formats need to be modified and cut in appropriately, increasing the material loss. If the profile error is large, it will also affect the construction progress of the project. There is a huge risk for the construction team and users.
